About
Hey! I'm Elise Standbridge and I am an Illustration major at Savannah College of Art and Design.

Living with an architect mother, creativity has always been encouraged in my family. I've been drawing since I was a kid and creating has always been my passion.
In my free time when I'm not drawing, I love to hang out with my family and friends as well as play video games. I always try to push myself to try new things and expand my knowledge or even just my bravery. (roller coasters are scary).

In Dallas I have interned at a local interior design company Shannon Bowers Designs as well as working at a local art studio called Kid Art. I was able to learn how creatives work as a team to create works of art as well as teach kids the wonders of art.
I like making all of my works passion projects. Letting my imagination run free gives me no limitation on what I can make. With excitement in my projects, I am able to work quickly as well as stay motivated while doing what I was always called to do.

I want to make people feel happy or laugh when they see my work. My most immense sense of accomplishment is when someone's face glows looking at the outcome. That positive feeling keeps me going. I also want to inspire others to use their imagination and produce art. Everyone has creativity and I'd like to help them start their journey!
